Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for content and conduct on any website, online store, or account hosted or operated through TruceIT Tech (“TruceIT,” “we,” “us”). It applies to you and anyone you authorize to manage or contribute content to your site. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to host, publish, or transmit content that:

  • Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity, in any jurisdiction where your site is accessed.
  • Infringes another party’s intellectual property, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
  • Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code, or is designed to gain unauthorized access to any system.
  • Harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence against any individual or group.
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to scam visitors (including phishing pages or fake storefronts).
  • Contains sexually explicit material involving minors, or any other content exploiting minors.
  • Violates the privacy of others, including publishing private information without consent.
  • Promotes hate speech or discrimination on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operate email lists in violation of applicable anti-spam laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, servers, or systems, including through scanning, probing, or credential-stuffing.
  • Consume server, bandwidth, storage, or processing resources in a manner that is excessive relative to your plan or that degrades the Service for other clients (for example, running unrelated compute workloads, mining, or mass file storage unrelated to your website).
  • Resell, sublicense, or use TruceIT hosting infrastructure to operate services unrelated to your own website without our prior written consent.
  • Circumvent or interfere with security features, rate limits, or access controls of the Service.
  • Use the Service to store or distribute content that violates export control or sanctions laws.

3. Your Responsibility for Site Content

You are solely responsible for the content and functionality of your website, including any content submitted by your own customers or users (for example, product reviews, comments, or uploaded files, where applicable). You must ensure any such user-submitted content also complies with this AUP.

4. Consequences of Violations

If we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that your website or account violates this AUP, we may take action proportionate to the issue, which can include:

  • Requesting that you remove or correct the offending content within a specified timeframe.
  • Temporarily suspending your website or specific features (such as your online store or forms) while the issue is resolved.
  • Suspending or terminating your account and hosting without refund, for serious or repeated violations.
  • Reporting illegal content to relevant law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate.

We will generally attempt to notify you before taking action, except where the violation poses an immediate security, legal, or safety risk, in which case we may act first and notify you afterward.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you believe a website hosted by TruceIT Tech violates this AUP, please report it to hello@truceit.com with the site URL and a description of the issue. We review abuse reports promptly and take appropriate action consistent with this policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to address new risks or clarify existing rules. Changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page and apply going forward.
