Professional Website ($300 setup + $20/mo hosting & maintenance) covers a fully designed, mobile-responsive site with security, backups, and 1 included support ticket per month. Business Website (E-Commerce) ($500 setup + $30/mo hosting & maintenance) includes everything in Professional plus a full online store, payment processing, and 3 included support tickets per month.
The Setup Fee covers building your website and is separate from your monthly Hosting & Maintenance fee. You can pay it in full upfront, or choose a payment plan ($100 down, then a fixed monthly installment) — the remaining balance is simply added as one extra line on your monthly bill until it's paid off.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Subscription settings in the client dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
No. If you need something beyond a template — a custom web application, membership platform, client portal, or another custom build — that falls under Enterprise / Custom Solutions and is quoted separately based on your requirements.
A support ticket is a technical request handled by our team — think hosting issues, a setup change, or a small fix — not open-ended design work. Professional Website includes 1 per month; Business Website (E-Commerce) includes 3. Additional tickets are $25 each on Professional or $20 each on Business Website (E-Commerce).
No, included tickets reset each billing cycle and do not carry over to the next month.
