Service Agreement

This Service Agreement describes how TruceIT Tech (“TruceIT,” “we,” “us”) delivers website design, development, and hosting services to you (“Client,” “you”) once you purchase a package. It supplements, and should be read alongside, our Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

TruceIT provides website design and development services under the package you select — Professional Website or Business + E-Commerce — along with any optional add-ons purchased at checkout or afterward (such as logo design, branding, SEO, live chat, or an AI chatbot). Custom web applications, client portals, or functionality beyond a selected package’s scope are quoted and agreed separately before work begins.

2. Delivery Process

Every project follows the same guided process, visible in real time from your client dashboard:

1. Browse — explore templates and services in the marketplace.
2. Purchase — select your package and any add-ons at checkout.
3. Onboarding — complete our guided wizard with your business details, brand assets, and content.
4. Development — your assigned designer builds your website based on your submitted content.
5. Review — track progress and preview milestones directly in your dashboard.
6. Approve — request revisions or approve the build once you’re satisfied.
7. Launch — your website goes live on your domain, backed by hosting, SSL, and ongoing support.

Typical timelines for template-based websites are 2–4 weeks from completed onboarding, depending on the number of revision rounds requested. Custom development timelines are scoped individually.

3. Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete business information, brand assets, and content (text, images, video) in a timely manner via the onboarding wizard or dashboard.
• Respond to designer questions and review requests within a reasonable time; extended delays on your end may extend the overall delivery timeline.
• Confirm you own or have the right to use any content, images, logos, or trademarks you provide to us for use on your site.
• Review milestone previews and provide clear, consolidated feedback for each revision round.

4. Revisions

Both packages include 3 monthly revisions, tracked in your dashboard. Additional revisions beyond this allotment are billed at $25 each. Revisions apply to reasonable changes to an in-progress or already-launched design; requests for substantial redesigns, new pages beyond your package, or new functionality may instead be scoped and quoted as custom development, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

5. Ownership & Licensing

Upon full payment, you own your business content, brand assets, and the final visual design output produced specifically for your website (your “Client Content”). TruceIT Tech retains ownership of the underlying template code, platform infrastructure, and reusable components used to build and host your site. While your subscription is active, you have a license to use these underlying components as part of your live website. This license ends if your subscription is cancelled or terminated; your own Client Content remains yours and, on request, we will provide a reasonable export of your content prior to account closure.

6. Hosting & Maintenance

For as long as your subscription remains active, TruceIT provides hosting, SSL certificates, automated backups, and general platform maintenance (security patches, infrastructure updates) as part of your package. Domain registration is included free for the first month only; afterward, domain renewal (where applicable) is billed separately at cost. Maintenance obligations end upon cancellation or termination of your subscription.

7. Term & Termination

This Service Agreement remains in effect for as long as your subscription is active. You may cancel at any time from your client dashboard, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms & Conditions. Refund eligibility upon cancellation or termination is governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

TruceIT Tech builds every website with care and according to professional standards, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that your website will achieve specific business results (such as search rankings, traffic, or sales), that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all defects will be corrected immediately. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement or required by applicable law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
