Real Estate Websites Built for Agents Who Want More Than a Template

Your website, your listings, your leads, your clients, your appointments, and your marketing tools — managed from one platform, with one login.

Most agent websites are brochures. Yours comes with an agent dashboard behind it: add and photograph your own listings, work the leads your site brings in, see what your buyers are saving and searching, handle showings and documents, and edit your own content — without opening a support ticket to change a phone number.

The preview is complimentary — no payment, no card, no obligation.

More Than a Realtor Website

A platform, not a set of pages

The difference isn't how the site looks — plenty of templates look fine. It's what happens after a visitor fills in your contact form.

A website template

  • A set of pages, and nothing behind them
  • Listings you email to someone else to publish
  • Leads that land in your inbox and stay there
  • Clients with nowhere to log in
  • Showings arranged over text messages
  • Every content change is a support request

The TruceIT real estate platform

  • A public site with an agent dashboard behind it
  • Listings you add, photograph, and publish yourself
  • Leads in a working list with status and notes
  • A client portal your buyers and sellers log into
  • Showing requests that arrive in your dashboard
  • Your profile, contact details, and testimonials, edited by you

What's included

Built for the way agents actually work

Nine areas of the dashboard, each one a job you're doing right now across three other tools.

Agent dashboard

One screen for the day: active listings, new leads, upcoming showings, and what needs your attention — instead of five browser tabs and a notepad.

/dashboard

Listings management

Add and edit your own listings with real photo uploads, drag-to-reorder galleries, and a cover shot. Save as a draft, publish when you're ready.

/dashboard/listings

Leads & CRM

Enquiries from your website land in a lead list you can work — status, notes, and contact details in one place, not scattered across your inbox.

/dashboard/leads

Buyer activity

See what your clients are actually doing: the homes they saved, the searches they set up, the properties they keep coming back to.

/dashboard/buyer-activity

Showings

Showing requests come in from the site and from your clients' portal, and you confirm or reschedule them from the dashboard.

/dashboard/showings

Tasks

Per-client task lists so nothing in a transaction quietly slips — assign it, check it off, and your client sees the same list.

/dashboard/tasks

Documents

Share disclosures, contracts, and inspection reports through a private, permissioned area instead of emailing attachments back and forth.

/dashboard/documents

Offers

Track offers against a listing and keep every client on the same page about where a deal actually stands.

/dashboard/offers

Messages

Client conversations live with the transaction they belong to — so the context is still there in six weeks when it matters.

/dashboard/messages

Buyer experience

Your clients get a portal, not a phone number

Buyers and sellers create an account on your site and get their own private portal. They save homes, set up searches, request showings, and message you from it — and everything they do shows up in your Buyer Activity view.

It also means you stop being the search engine. Clients browse on their own time and come to you when they're ready, with a shortlist you can already see.

Saved homes

Clients favorite properties and come back to a list that's already waiting for them.

Saved searches

Their criteria, saved — so they're not rebuilding the same filters every visit.

Recently viewed

A running history of what they've looked at, which tells you a lot about where they're headed.

Alerts

Clients keep track of what's changed on the homes and searches they care about.

Showings

They request a showing from the property page; it lands in your dashboard.

Messages

A direct line to you that doesn't get buried under everything else in their inbox.

Documents

Everything they've signed or need to read, in one place they can find again.

Offers & tasks

Where their offer stands and what you need from them next, without a phone call.

Website management

Change your own site, the same day you decide to

Your headshot, your contact details, your testimonials, your listing photos. You edit them from the dashboard and the public site updates — no ticket, no wait, no charge.

Your profile and bio

Update your name, title, headshot, and the way you introduce yourself — it changes everywhere on the site at once.

Contact details

Phone, email, office address, and social links, edited in one field and reflected in the header, footer, and contact page.

Testimonials

Add client testimonials and choose which ones are published. New ones stay unpublished until you say so.

Listing photos

Upload real photography straight from the dashboard, set the cover image, and reorder the gallery by hand.

Hosting, SSL, backups, security, and technical support stay ours to worry about — that part doesn't change.

Advanced Services

Advanced services for modern agents

AI-powered listing assistance is available today. Eligible agents and brokerages can also request IDX/MLS integration after receiving the required broker and MLS approvals.

AI Listing Assistant

Available Now

Create listing descriptions, property highlights, and social-media copy from the property details you provide. The assistant identifies missing information, avoids inventing unsupported facts, and helps flag potentially discriminatory language before anything is published.

IDX / MLS Integration

Approval Required

Eligible agents and brokerages can add automatically updated MLS listings after receiving authorization from their broker and MLS. TruceIT handles the approved technical integration and compliant website display. MLS eligibility, agreements, fees, and authorization remain the responsibility of the agent or brokerage.

IDX

How IDX approval works

Your website can launch with listings you manage through your agent dashboard. IDX is optional and can be added after your broker and MLS approve access.

What you handle

  • Maintain eligibility with a participating MLS
  • Obtain authorization from your broker or brokerage
  • Complete required MLS agreements
  • Provide approved brokerage information and display requirements
  • Pay any MLS or data-provider fees not included in your TruceIT proposal

What TruceIT handles

  • Complete the required technical vendor or IDX consultant forms
  • Connect the website to the approved MLS feed
  • Protect feed credentials and restrict access to authorized websites
  • Add required brokerage attribution and MLS disclaimers
  • Maintain scheduled listing updates
  • Address technical compliance corrections requested by the MLS

IDX availability, requirements, fees, and activation timelines vary by MLS. TruceIT does not grant MLS access, and IDX service begins only after all required approvals and credentials are received.

Live demo

Don't take our word for it — go click around

The demo is a fully working brokerage site running on the real platform: property search, neighborhood pages, market data, a mortgage calculator, listing pages, and the client signup that leads into the portal. It uses a demo brokerage and sample listings — the platform underneath it is the one you'd be getting.

  • Property search & map
  • Listing detail pages
  • Neighborhood guides
  • Market data & calculators
  • Client signup & portal
FAQ

Questions agents ask us

Yes. We build you a personalized preview at no cost, with no card and no obligation. To be precise about what that means: the preview is complimentary, but it isn't a free website — you don't own it or have it live on your domain until you choose to claim it.

Your name, brokerage, contact details, and a headshot — the headshot is what makes the preview yours rather than a generic demo. You can optionally add your brokerage logo, current website, social links, and preferred colors. It takes about a minute.

We email you a link within 2 business days of your submission.

A template is a set of pages. This is a platform: behind your public site there's an agent dashboard where you manage listings with real photo uploads, work your leads, see buyer activity, handle showings, tasks, documents, offers, and messages, and edit your own site content — plus a client portal your buyers and sellers log into. Same login, one system.

Yes. Buyers and sellers create a client account and get their own portal — saved homes, saved searches, recently viewed properties, alerts, showings, messages, documents, offers, and tasks. What they do there shows up in your Buyer Activity view.

Yes. You create listings from the dashboard, upload real photos, reorder the gallery, set a cover image, and choose whether a listing is a draft or published to your public site. No support ticket, no waiting on us.

Yes, for eligible agents and brokerages once the required approvals are in place. The platform reads properties through a provider layer an authorized IDX or MLS feed plugs into, and we complete the technical integration. Access itself is granted by your MLS to your brokerage, not to us, so a feed is connected only after your broker and MLS authorize it. No MLS feed is connected to our demo.

No. Your website can display listings you enter through your agent dashboard. IDX is optional for eligible agents who want approved MLS listings to update automatically.

TruceIT will guide you through the technical process and complete required vendor portions. Your MLS and broker must approve access because the IDX display operates under your brokerage's authority.

Not automatically. Some MLS organizations and data providers charge setup or recurring fees. Any known third-party charges will be identified before integration begins.

Yes. Your website can launch with manually managed listings, and the approved MLS feed can be connected later.

We haven't published real estate pricing yet — the platform is still gaining features, and we'd rather price it once the full feature set is ready to show you. The free preview is available now regardless, and there's nothing to pay to get one.
