Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of truceittech.com, the TruceIT client dashboard, and all related website design, hosting, and web development services (together, the “Service”), provided by TruceIT Tech (“TruceIT,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a package, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

To purchase a package, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@truceit.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2. Packages & What’s Included

We currently offer two core subscription packages:

• Professional Website – $19/month: a fully designed, mobile-responsive website with a free domain and free hosting for the first month, 50 GB NVMe storage, SSL certificate, automated backups, access to your client dashboard, and 3 monthly revisions.
• Business + E-Commerce – $25/month:everything in Professional Website, plus a full online store with shopping cart, checkout, payment integration, enhanced website security, and 75 GB NVMe storage.

Optional add-ons (such as logo design, branding packages, SEO, live chat, an AI chatbot, and others) may be purchased alongside either package, each with its own price and billing frequency as described at the time of purchase. Package features, pricing, and available add-ons may be updated from time to time; changes will not retroactively alter pricing you have already agreed to during your current billing cycle.

3. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal

Packages are billed monthly, in advance, to the payment method on file, and automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. The free domain and free hosting offer applies only to the first billing cycle; from the second cycle onward, hosting is included in your subscription and domain renewal (if applicable) is billed separately at cost.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your client dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing cycle except as described in our Refund Policy. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your website and hosting.

4. Revisions

Both packages include 3 monthly revisions to your website, tracked and displayed in real time in your client dashboard. A “revision” refers to a reasonably scoped change request (e.g. text edits, image swaps, layout adjustments to an existing page). Unused revisions do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Additional revisions beyond your monthly allotment are available for a flat fee of $25 per revision. Requests that amount to a substantially new design, additional pages beyond your package scope, or new functionality may be treated as a custom development request and quoted separately.

5. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service, including any website or store hosted through TruceIT, is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal, harmful, or abusive content and conduct. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and hosted website.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content

You retain all ownership rights to your business name, logo, brand assets, written copy, photos, videos, and other content you provide or that we create specifically for your business as part of your package (collectively, “Client Content”). We use Client Content only to build, host, and operate your website.

Our platform

TruceIT Tech retains all rights, title, and interest in the underlying template designs, source code, platform software, client dashboard, and any proprietary tools or frameworks used to build and operate your website (collectively, the “Platform”). Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely to operate your website for as long as your subscription remains active. This license ends upon cancellation or termination of your account, though you remain entitled to your own Client Content.

7. Service Availability

We work to maintain reliable hosting and uptime for all client websites, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or events outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruceIT Tech and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to TruceIT Tech in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your client dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account and hosted website if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your website may be taken offline and, after a reasonable grace period, associated files and data may be deleted from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TruceIT Tech operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, we will notify active clients by email or dashboard notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
