Getting started with your client dashboard
Last updated: September 3, 2026
Your client dashboard is the one place you manage everything about your website with TruceIT Tech. You get access to it when you purchase a package or claim a pre-built website, and you sign in at Client Login with the email address you used at checkout.
What you can do from the dashboard
- Edit your website content. Every package includes full administrator access, so you can update text, photos, products, blog posts, business hours, services, and similar content yourself, at any time, without opening a ticket.
- Submit and track support tickets. Technical requests go in as support tickets. The dashboard shows how many tickets your package includes and how many you have used in the current billing cycle, updated in real time.
- See your billing. The Billing section holds your invoice and payment history, with PDF receipts you can download.
- Manage your subscription. Subscription settings is where you update your payment method, upgrade or downgrade your package, or cancel.
- Check website health. The Website Health section reports whether your site is online, its SSL status, when it was last backed up, and related checks.
- Manage your domain. The Domain Manager shows your domain's expiration date and DNS status.
Your first three steps
- Sign in and confirm your business details and contact email are correct. Notifications about tickets and billing go to that address.
- Open the content editor and make one small change, such as your business hours, so you know how publishing works before you need it in a hurry.
- Look at your ticket balance so you know how many technical requests are included this month. See How support tickets work.
If you can't sign in
