Updating your website content
Last updated: September 3, 2026
Every package includes full administrator access to your website, so day-to-day content is yours to change whenever you like. This article sorts changes into the three buckets they fall into.
Changes you make yourself, any time
Sign in to your client dashboard and open the content editor. From there you can update text, photos, products, blog posts, business hours, services, and similar content. Save and publish, and the change appears on your live site. No ticket is used and nothing is charged.
Changes that are a support ticket
Technical changes to an already-launched site are support tickets: a form that needs to send somewhere new, a setup change, a small fix to something that isn't behaving. Your package includes a fixed number per month; see How support tickets work for the counts and the cost of extras.
Changes that are a separate quote
A substantially new design, additional pages beyond your package scope, new functionality, integrations, or custom development are scoped and quoted individually as Enterprise / Custom Solutions. Send us a message with what you have in mind and we will come back with a scope and a price.
When you'd rather not write it yourself
Copywriting is available as a one-time add-on at $99 per page. Blog Setup ($49 one-time) sets up your blog structure and formats your first post. Both are listed on the Pricing page under add-ons.
