How domain renewal works

The first year is included

Every package includes a free domain registration for the first year of service. If you already own a domain, we point it to your new website during onboarding at no extra cost, and the free registration simply doesn't apply.

From the second year onward

After the first year, domain renewal is billed separately at cost: you pay what the registrar charges, and nothing on top. Domains are set to renew automatically so your site never goes offline over a missed date. Renewal appears as its own charge rather than as part of your Hosting & Maintenance fee.

Domain registrations and renewals are not refundable once purchased, because registrars charge for them up front to secure the name on your behalf. This is spelled out in section 4 of the Refund Policy. If you do not want a domain renewed, open a support ticket before the expiration date shown in your dashboard.

Checking your domain in the dashboard

The Domain Manager section of your client dashboard shows your domain name, its expiration date, and its current DNS and SSL status. If DNS shows as pending or propagating after a change, that is normal for the first hours; if it shows an error, submit a ticket and we will look into it.

Email at your own domain (you@yourbusiness.com) is a separate add-on, Business Email Setup at $15/mo, and we handle the DNS records it needs.
